Investigations into the Seagull saga have revealed the firm held accounts in at least two commercial banks and approximately 113 million rupees have passed through the bank accounts discovered so far.
Victims of the scam have formed an association and have posted a picture of a man who called himself Raj Kumar on their website and are offering a reward for his capture (bounty hunter alert!).
